Warehouse Mananger

 

Position Overview:

 

As a Warehouse Manager at DONNI., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including order fulfillment, receiving goods from vendors and staff supervision.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Order Fulfillment:

 

• Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
• Implement best practices to improve order accuracy and reduce errors.

 

Receiving Goods from Vendors:

 

• Receive and inspect goods from vendors on a daily basis.
• Verify the accuracy of received shipments against purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of received items.

 

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and allocate resources efficiently to meet workflow demands.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

 

Inventory Management:

 

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications:

 

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of Shopify and ShipStation a must.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Knowledge of fashion industry logistics is a plus.
