All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Processing Time
Standard and International Orders:
Typically processed within 1-7 days (if not sooner)! However, during high-volume sale periods and holidays, please allow up to 10 days for processing.
Expedited Orders:
Express and Next Day orders placed before 8am PT will be shipped same day. Anything placed after 8am PT will be shipped the next day.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed and shipped. See below for carriers used based on chosen shipping speed:
Standard: USPS Ground or FedEx Ground
International: FedEx International
Please note that transit times provided by USPS and FedEx are not necessarily guaranteed.
International Shipping
All international shipping costs—including duties, taxes, VAT, and any applicable import fees—are the sole responsibility of the customer.
To provide full transparency, we now display an estimate of duties and taxes at checkout. This estimate appears beneath the selected shipping method and arrival timeframe.
These fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and may be assessed upon arrival. As we have no control over these charges, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred during customs clearance.
Refused Shipments - International
We are not liable for packages refused due to unpaid duties or taxes. Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds or re-shipments.
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient will be processed as a "Return to Sender."
Once received back at our facility, these orders will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, minus any original shipping fees.
Please note: Return to Sender orders are not eligible for reshipment.
Back Order/Sold-Out Items
If an item from your order is sold-out or goes on backorder, we will ship the portion of your order that is available. We will notify you within 48 hours of the item(s) that are unavailable & offer any available alternatives.
Lost Packages/Claims
Please note, DONNI. is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. DONNI. will not resend packages.
Where are my goodies? Tracking says it was delivered but I cannot find it!
