Holiday Return Policy

 

Orders placed between 12/04/24, and 12/24/24, qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Items purchased during this period can be returned for a refund through 01/10/25, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

 

Return requests submitted after 01/10/25, will be eligible for store credit if submitted within 60 days of the order's fulfillment date.

 

 

Standard Return & Exchange Policy

 

— All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days of the order's fulfillment date.

— Requests submitted after 21 days are eligible for store credit only.

— Requests submitted after 60 days will not be accepted.

 

Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Note that DONNI. does not cover return shipping costs.

 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original hangtags intact. The condition of the return will be determined at the discretion of DONNI.

 

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

  

How to initiate a return or exchange (US ONLY)

 

1. Visit https://shop-donni.loopreturns.com/

2. Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and zip code.

3. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

4. Once you receive your return label, ship your item(s) by the date specified in your confirmation email.

 

 

International Returns

 

At this time, DONNI. does not provide return labels for international orders. To initiate an international return, please email us at info@shopdonni.com with your order number to receive an RMA number.

 

 

Gift Returns

 

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value or for store credit. To initiate a gift return, please visit https://shop-donni.loopreturns.com/ and follow the instructions provided.

Please note that merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

 

Restocking Fee

 

Returns with a total merchandise value exceeding $1,000 will incur a 15% restocking fee based on the total return value. For example, a return totaling $1,000 in merchandise will have a $150 restocking fee.

 

 

Custom Items (DONNI. Slippers & Monogrammed Items)

 

All custom items including custom slippers and monogrammed items are non-returnable.

 

 

DONNI. Upcycled Totes

 

Upcycled totes are unable to be returned and are final sale. 

 

 

Sample Sale

 

All items purchased from any sample sale are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged for another item or store credit. No exceptions will be made. 

 

 

Items Marked Final Sale

 

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
