Returns & Exchanges
Returns (US + Canada)
Products may be returned within 21 days of fulfillment if they are new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, free of animal hair, with original tags attached. A handling fee covering return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*When entering your order details, use the order number from your confirmation or shipping email, not the one on your packing slip. Enter the zip code for your shipping address, not your billing address.
International Returns (Excluding Canada)
To initiate an international return (excluding Canada), please email us at info@shopdonni.com to request an RMA#. Once issued, clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of your package and send your return to the address provided.
Please note:
- We do not cover international return shipping fees.
- Our system cannot generate return labels for international orders.
- Unauthorized international returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges (US Only)
Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Free exchanges within 21 days of the original shipping date. Your exchange will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

International Exchanges:
We currently do not offer international exchanges.
Processing Returns & Exchanges
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. After inspection and approval, you will receive a confirmation email detailing whether an exchange, refund, or store credit has been issued. For refunds, please allow 7–21 business days for your bank to process and apply the credit to your original payment method.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items that do not meet eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer, with shipping fees applied.
Sale & Final Sale Policy
Final Sale
Items marked as “Final Sale” and discounted by 40% or more are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note, we are unable to make any exceptions.
Sale Items
Items discounted by less than 40% may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 21 days of the order ship date. Refunds are not available for sale items.
Gift Returns
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value or for store credit. To initiate a gift return, please visit https://shop-donni.loopreturns.com/ and follow the instructions provided.
Please note that merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
Returns with a total merchandise value exceeding $1,000 will incur a 15% restocking fee based on the total return value. For example, a return totaling $1,000 in merchandise will have a $150 restocking fee.
Sample Sale
All items purchased from any sample sale are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged for another item or store credit. No exceptions will be made.
