Returns & Exchanges

all return/exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from your order's fulfillment date. return requests submitted after 21 days are eligible for store credit only. return requests submitted after 60 days will not be accepted.
please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received. please note, DONNI. does not cover the cost of return shipping.
all merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed & with the original hangtags. the condition of the return is left to the discretion of DONNI. 

unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

how to return/exchange a product (U.S. ONLY)

  • visit and enter your order number (found in your order confirmation email) and zip code to start the return/exchange
  • follow the on-screen prompts for the item(s) you wish to return/exchange 
  • once you've received your return label, ship out your return by the specified date in your confirmation email!

international returns

donni. does not provide return labels for international returns at this time. to submit an international return, please email with your order# to receive an rma#.

gift returns

items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value or store credit. please visit and follow the instructions for a gift return. 

merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


restocking fee

returns that include greater than $1,000 in returned items value will incur a restocking fee at 15% of the total return value. IE, for a return which includes $1,000 of returned merchandise value, a fee of $150 will be charged.


custom items - DONNI. slippers + monogrammed items

all custom items including custom slippers and monogrammed items are non-returnable.


DONNI. upcycled totes

please note, all orders of DONNI. upcycled totes are unable to be returned and are final sale. 

sample sale

all items purchased from any sample sale are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged for another item or store credit. no exceptions will be made.

items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or store credit. no exceptions will be made.
