Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made between 11/21/2025 and 12/15/2025 are eligible for return or store credit through 1/15/2026. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, free of animal hair, and returned with original tags attached. Items discounted 40% or more, or marked Final Sale, are not eligible for return or store credit.

 

End of Season Sale Return Policy

Items purchased during the End of Season Sale that are not marked Final Sale are eligible for store credit only. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

 

1. Return Eligibility

  • U.S. Orders Only: Eligible for return or store credit within 21 days from shipment date.
  • International Orders (including Canada): All sales are final. International purchases are not eligible for return or store credit.
  • Condition Requirements (U.S. only): Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, animal-hair free, and with original tags.

2. Return Process

  • U.S. Returns—
    • Click “Start a Return Here” above.
    • Enter your order number (from confirmation/shipping emails or packing slip) and shipping ZIP code.
    • Approved returns are refunded to the original form of payment, minus a handling fee to cover return shipping.

3. Processing Timeline

  • Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds typically post to your account within up to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Items that aren’t eligible or come in improperly will be returned to you at your expense.

 

4. Special Item Policies

  • Sale Items Discounted <40%:
    • Eligible for return for a refund to the original form of payment (minus handling fee) or store credit within 21 days.
  • Sale Items Discounted <40%:
    • Not eligible for return or store credit.
  • Sample Sale Items
    • All final sale—no returns or exchanges of any kind.
  • High-Value Returns (U.S. only)
    • Returns with a total merchandise value exceeding $1,000 incur a 15% restocking fee ($150 fee on $1,000).
  • Gift Returns (U.S. only)
    • Gifted items may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
    • Items must meet all standard condition requirements and be returned within the eligible timeframe. 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, used, washed, damaged, or contain animal hair. Additionally, items with tags removed.
  • “Final Sale” items ≥40% off, custom slippers, or sample sale purchases.
  • All international purchases (including Canada).
