Discount Code Exclusions

— Knitwear and jewelry are excluded from all discount codes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Discount Notes

— Discount codes cannot be combined; only one code may be used per order.

— Items excluded from discounts are strictly excluded — no exceptions.

— Discount codes (including first-time welcome codes) cannot be retroactively applied to orders already placed. If a code is forgotten at checkout, it can be used on a future order.

— Orders cannot be edited once placed.

Price Adjustments

— Price adjustments are not offered under any circumstances.

— During sales or sitewide promotions, as items receive further markdowns or additional discounts are introduced, we are unable to issue price adjustments on previous orders. No exceptions.
