Shipping - Old

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  You will be able to select your shipping method, speed and cost.
Processing Time
Typically, orders ship within 3 - 5 business days. However, due to COVID-19 and Shelter in Place ordinances, we have limited our shipping to 1 day per week. Orders will ship out in the order that we receive them, as quickly as possible. 

Expedited Shipping
At this time, due to COVID-19, we are not able to offer expedited shipments.

Back Orders
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. We will notify you within 48 hours of the items that are unavailable and their expected availability.

International Shipping
International orders are charged a flat rate of $24 and will ship via USPS International. Delivery on international orders usually occurs within 16 days. Please note, you may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees upon the order entering your country. We are unable to control or predict these costs, therefore we will not be responsible for any additional charges associated with Customs clearance. Customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to four weeks. Once your package clears customs, it is handed over to your country's local courier service and a new tracking number will be created.

International Claims
Please note, DONNI is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. Donni will not resend packages.

Where are my goodies? Tracking says it was delivered but I cannot find it!
Let’s figure this out
  1. Check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery. 
  2. Look around to see if it was left nearby. Maybe with a neighbor? 
  3. See if another member of the household accepted the delivery. 
  4. Contact your local post office for more information.
