If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out for a RMA within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be received within 21 days from the RMA issue date. Returns received after 21 days will be issued store credit.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original hangtag. The condition of the return is left to the discretion of DONNI. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable when exchanging or returning an item. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of DONNI. product.

How to Return a Product
1. Email info@shopdonni.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and return address. 
2. Complete the below portion of the form and include inside your return.
3. Clearly mark the outside of your package with the issued RMA #. This helps to identify your return once received at our warehouse.
4. Mail your return to the address provided with the RMA # (unauthorized returns will not be accepted) 

Returns & Exchanges
DONNI. does not cover the cost of return shipping. 

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. For items of greater value, please contact info@shopdonni.com. 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Final Sale 
Items purchased at final sale can only be returned for store credit.
