DONNI. is currently seeking a dynamic Production Assistant to join our innovative product team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role within the product team. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Manage and maintain a comprehensive trim inventory, including labels, zippers, buttons, elastic, etc. 
• Prepare trims for upcoming Purchase Orders (POs). 
• Daily updates of Work in Progress (WIPs) to track product movement through all stages of production. 
• Send, receive, and close all POs in the system upon completion. 
• Measure PD samples, PP samples, TOPs, and production pieces. 
• Coordinate drop-off and pick-up of samples and trims as required. 
• Daily visits to all contractors to ensure cuts are on schedule. 
• Detailed management of fabric inventory. 
• Maintain a well-organized TOP and pattern library. 
• Attend all fittings and document detailed notes. 
• Assist in any company wide tasks as needed 

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

• Reliable vehicle and comfortable driving and navigating in Los Angeles.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Docs. 
• Basic knowledge of garment construction. 
• Understanding of production processes. 
• Strong attention to detail. 
• 1-2 years of experience in the apparel industry.
