E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator



- Point of contact and manage entire Shopify site

- Implement all site assets

- Input all product knowledge, color swatches, product videos

- Refresh site twice a month with new homepage imagery

- Merchandise entire site on an ongoing basis, for all product drops and whenever any collection updates are made

- Collaborate on e-comm inventory buy for each season

- Strategize and plan yearly marketing calendar including product launch dates and sitewide sales

- Strategize best ways to strategically move inventory including researching sample sale partners and third party hosts

- Develop and monitor e-commerce KPI’s to ensure goals are met

- Lead technical site improvements, researching apps, feature and design developments on an ongoing basis

- Monitor competitor websites to ensure our site is always improvement and staying aligned with industry standards

- Determining and executing bi-yearly seasonal site-wide markdowns

- Monitoring product inventory levels and working with content coordinator to ensure high-stock products are being appropriately marketed via Ads and social

- Collaborate with content coordinator to help produce photography projects (e-comm, lifestyle and content shoots) for e-commerce and social media as needed

- Create and share monthly reports on e-commerce metrics using Shopify and Google Analytics data




- Strategize, design and execute all email marketing using Klaviyo and design tool(s) of choice (IE Figma, Photoshop, Klaviyo platform, etc)

- Manage third party ad team, including providing all creative assets, monitoring ads to make sure they reflect brand properly, and ensuring goals are being met

- Assist team with any internal graphic design needs (linesheets, lookbooks, brand books, event invites)

 - Assist team with any internal copy needs

 - Stay on top of trends to work with PR team to propose meaningful collaborations and brand initiatives and assist with any needs they might have including coordinating product linesheets, product launch calendars, and sales insights

 - Lead ideation and execution of any field marketing including in-person activations and retail pop-ups
