All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of payment. We offer free shipping on orders via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. For expedited options please contact email@example.com. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as they become available.
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. We will notify you within 48 hours of the items that are unavailable and their expected availability.
International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $24 and will ship via USPS Priority International. Please note, you may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees upon the order entering your country. We are unable to control or predict these costs, therefore we will not be responsible for any additional charges associated with Customs clearance. Customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to four weeks. Packages sent via USPS Priority Mail are insured and offer tracking numbers. Once your package clears customs, it is handed over to your country's local courier service and a new tracking number will be created.
Please note, Donni is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. Donni will not resend packages.
Where are my goodies? Tracking says it was delivered but I cannot find it!
