If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out for a RMA within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must be received within 21 days from the RMA issue date. Returns received after 21 days will be issued store credit.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original hangtag. The condition of the return is left to the discretion of DONNI. 1. Email email@example.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and return address.
2. Complete the below portion of the form and include inside your return.
3. Clearly mark the outside of your package with the issued RMA #. This helps to identify your return once received at our warehouse.
4. Mail your return to the address provided with the RMA # (unauthorized returns will not be accepted)
